We went on a Sunday so of course it was busy. This was my first time to eat at chuy's. We did get to sit inside to wait. Food was great. I had the beef taco's. First time that I tried the jalapeno dip and it was amazing. We got a Tex-Mex restaurant where I live and I was excited to try it since I loved Chuy's. But..., it was not Chuy's. I haven't been back to the Tex-Mex where I live because it isn't Chuy's. Wish I lived closer to Chuy's.

Consistently good food. Nice staff. We wish it was closer to our home on the Southside of Bham.

I actually crave this place, if there's a wait oh well it's worth it. They are actually kind of slow. But the food definitely makes up for it, chicken flauntas 10/10 and the jalapeno ranch dip you have to have. We also ordered the desert this time as well. I thought I was completely full but that was so good.

Great family restaurant. Generous portions, tasty food and really good never ending nacho chips. I have a Mexican tooth and find the food really satisfying. Service is a bit slow, you can ask servers for chip/drink/dip refills and they happily oblidge-eventually. It won't hurt to plan ahead. Parking is available for no charge and is off street.
